The Pegasus Technology's Help Desk standard operational hours are 8.30 am to 6.00 pm, with other options available depending on the client's requirements. Pegasus can provide helpdesk style phone support or onsite desktop and Server support. Pegasus's helpdesk services are able to be tailored to each client's requirements in order to provide an effective solution and exceptional value for money.
