Mark Casey B.Sc. B.E.(Elec)
He is responsible for all of engineering, support & customer service and operations aspects of the business. Many of the systems and methodologies that are used by Pegasus Technology and clients were developed by Mark personally.
Mark has been helping businesses develop effective, efficient and reliable IT systems since 1987. His expertise includes, IT networks, project management, technical problem solving, client relations, and level 1, 2, and 3 support, across a variety of operating systems.
Mark has steered Pegasus Technology to become an integral part of our client’s day to day operations, resulting in operational efficiencies and safer, more secure IT systems. He has managed large scale IT projects, offshore client IT systems, through to overseeing efficient onboarding processes of new clients.

Steven Bubb – B.LArch (Hon) CNA CompTIA
Steve is responsible for overseeing the reactive and proactive support teams, using his wealth of knowledge and technical expertise to assist our engineers in meeting the needs of our clients.
Steve is Pegasus’s longest serving employee, solving IT issues and optimising clients’ systems for over 10 years.
Mitch Whitehall – Bachelor of IT
Mitch has been with Pegasus Technology since 2010 and has experience in Desktop, Server, networking and communications solutions..
Mitch is focused on our clients, listening to their pain points, needs and technology requirements. With his experience in the tech industry he is well placed to recommend software and hardware solutions, as well as business processes, to help our clients achieve their business goals.
Mitch acts as a Virtual IT Director for many of our clients, and his recommendations have been valuable in helping them increase revenue, improve efficiency/productivity and to reduce risk.
Jill Sharkey – Dip. IT, Cert IV Workplace Training & Assessment
Jill has been with Pegasus for over 10 years and has more that 15 years experience with the Microsoft Office range of products. She specializes in the setup, configuration and training of Microsoft Word. She has developed templates and precedents to meet a number of business needs, particularly for Law firms.
As a trainer, she provides detailed training in the use of Microsoft Office applications and provides her own training materials. She has excellent communications skills.
